When off, the Contents panel scrolls with the page. When on, it stays pinned at the top while you scroll.
Finder layout
Choose where the Markdown section appears relative to Folders.
Prefer notes in My Drive for the most reliable sync with your phone. The Computers location can work for Drive for Desktop folders, but Google’s API support for that section is unofficial/incomplete — if a computer doesn’t appear, move the folder into My Drive on drive.google.com.
- ⌘/Ctrl+F searches inside the open markdown file.
- ⌘/Ctrl+S saves the open file.
- Preview shows formatted markdown and ranked lists (tap the pen to edit a list). Use Edit here then tap text to jump into Raw at that spot. List focuses on lists only. Raw is the full file text.
- Export a list as JSON from To-Do List / Story Manager, then use Import here — tap Preview content and choose Above / Below to place it.
